Enable table of contents

NB: Table of contents is available only with Attesa PRO plugin.

Add a simple table of contents on your pages / posts to help your users find the headers more easily and scroll on it.

Before starting, make sure the “Table of Contents” option is enabled from “Attesa Theme-> Global Settings“.

Then go to your WordPress Dashboard under “Appearance-> Customize-> Attesa Theme Options-> Table of Contents” and activate it.

Through the settings, you can choose in which post type to use the table of contents (post, page, cpt).
You can give the block a title, choose whether to be open or closed by default, and choose the smooth scroll offset for desktop and mobile.

NB: it is advisable to use the table of contents only on simple pages (for example pages or posts created with Gutenberg) and not on pages created with page builders like Elementor and similar.
