NB: Custom Portfolio is available only with Attesa PRO plugin.
If you need to show your audience your works, your projects or your portfolio, this feature will be interesting for you.
Create a portfolio containing your projects and give your users the possibility to filter projects using categories.
First of all, go to your WordPress Dashboard under “Attesa Portfolios-> Add New” and start creating your projects. This section works like you’re creating new pages, so nothing particularly complex. Just add title, content and featured image 🙂
PS: assign categories to your individual projects, this will help users to filter your projects.
Once you’ve created your individual projects, it’s time to create the portfolio in which they will be shown.
To do this, go in your WordPress Dashboard under “Attesa Portfolios-> Shortcodes“. At this point you will have the possibility to customize the portfolio in every aspect using the special box.
The “General Settings” tab allows you to choose whether to show the title, excerpt, categories and choose the size of the images.
The “Query Settings” tab allows you to choose which projects to show in this portfolio by selecting the specific categories created. This is very useful as it allows you to create multiple portfolios but with different projects to show based on the selected categories.
The “Style Settings” tab allows you to customize the look and feel of the portfolio. You can choose text color, links, background, font size, number of columns, etc…
When you are done customizing the portfolio, save the page and copy the shortocode that is in the right bar of the page.
Now you can paste the shortcode where you want to show the portfolio, you can paste it into posts, pages, widgets, Elementor blocks, or in the “Shortcodes” section of “Attesa Extra Theme Options” of every single page or posts.
The result is similar to this but may vary depending on the settings used.
